Fees

My standard rate is $140-$175 per 55 minute individual counseling session. My standard rate has been set to reflect the costs of my graduate and post-graduate training, over 23 years in the behavioral health field and 15 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, lived experience, state licensing board fees, and continuing education.

I accept either private pay or the following health insurance plans: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Healthshare.

Please check your insurance coverage carefully, as services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. The following questions can be useful:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

In addition, please note that your insurance company will require a mental health diagnosis.

Payment: Check, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment through Square. I can provide a receipt as well as a detailed invoice upon request.

Cancelation Policy: Because your time slot is reserved specifically for you, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or a $75.00 fee will be charged.

I do offer 30 minute complimentary conversations upon request, either by video session or over-the-phone, to discuss compatibility, reasons for seeking treatment, and to explore any questions that you may have about my therapeutic practice.
